1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
1 bag Wildtree Tuscan Skillet Meal Seasoning
1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
2 cups vegetable stock
1 cup water
12 ounces medium shells
4 ounces baby spinach
- Add cherry tomatoes, beans, and Tuscan Skillet Meal Seasoning to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze to combine ingredients. Freeze.
- Completely thaw freezer bag in the refrigerator before following the recipe. Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add contents of freezer bag and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until tomatoes blister and are lightly browned.
- Add vegetable stock and water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and reduce heat to a simmer. Cover skillet with a lid and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.
- Remove pan from heat, stir in spinach, and cover until spinach is wilted. Toss pasta and serve.
