So easy and so good.
1 lb Swiss chard or spinach
4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk
1 cup Swiss cheese or another cheese (shredded)
1 cup bread (cubed)
1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheesd (grated)
Cook and thoroughly drain chard or spinach. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375F until set, 25-30 minutes.
