- 4 medium tomatoes chopped
- 2 jalapenos chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or italian parsley
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Gently toss tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro or parsley, and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt. Let sit, uncovered, to let flavors meld, about 10 minutes.
