Green Monster Smoothie

12   fl oz orange juice

1   apple, cored and quartered

¹⁄₂  banana

1   cup kale

1   cup spinach

1   cup mango, frozen

1   cup ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients in a blender.  Secure lid and select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
