What are Elderberries good for? Elderberry is used to combat “the flu” (influenza) by boosting the immune system and helping your body fight the virus. It is also used for sinus pain, back and leg pain (sciatica), nerve pain (neuralgia), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and other illnesses and viruses.
Elderberries are a rich source of vitamins A and C, which are crucial in helping the body maintain optimal health. Plus, the bioflavonoids in our Elderberry Tonic boost the body's immune system by increasing antioxidant levels and fighting viruses that damage cell walls.
The honey makes it very sweet, so kiddos love it!
