INGREDIENTS:  TURKEY, WATER, SPICES, SEA SALT, RAW SUGAR, PAPRIKA (for flavoring), GRANULATED GARLIC, CELERY POWDER, ONION POWDER, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE (from corn). STUFFED IN A COLLAGEN CASING.
