Animal Welfare Approved and non-gmo certified through A Greener World. Antibiotic and hormone free, supplemented with seasonal garden waste, nuts, grass, clover, apples, pumpkins, and belly-rubs. Processed with no additives or funky stuff.
Smoked and cured, jowl bacon can be used in anything belly bacon is used in. Add it to sauté and flavor dishes, throw it in a pot of pork and beans, go southern-style with collard greens and black beans, or just eat it by itself.
