We call it Fiesta because this Mexican-inspired pasta salad is like a party in your mouth! This vibrant salad features our homemade Paprika pasta and is full of flavor with just a little kick. It’s perfect for family gatherings, holidays, potlucks, or as a delicious lunch. The mix will make a large party-sized bowl, so there’s plenty to go around!

Salad Instructions: Boil pasta for 3 to 4 minutes, or until nearly tender. Drain. In a large bowl, stir together pasta, seasoning packet, mayonnaise, black beans (rinsed, drained), and corn (drained). Add desired vegetables. We recommend 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped red onions, and 1/2 cup chopped green pepper. Chill and serve.
