16 oz organic chickpeas (rinsed and drained) 1 cup cabbage (chopped) 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped) 1 tbsp onions (chopped) salt pepper 2 tbsp salad dressing (tahini)
Combine chickpeas, red cabbage, tomato, and onion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with salad dressing until ingredients are evenly coated.
