> Orange cranberry smoothie
If you dont have cranberrys feel free to use any kind of berry!
- 1/2 c orange juice or 1 orange, juiced
- 1/2 c cranberry juice
- 1/2 c cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 c old-fashioned oats
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 c milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
