Orange cranberry smoothie

If you dont have cranberrys feel free to use any kind of berry!


  1. 1/2 c orange juice or 1 orange, juiced

  2. 1/2 c cranberry juice

  3. 1/2 c cranberries, fresh or frozen

  4. 1/4 c old-fashioned oats

  5. 3 tsp honey

  6. 1 c milk


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.
